Stock Sale Policy

All products listed on Lielle Womenswear at current are stock sale items.

All stock sale purchases are final.

We do not offer returns, refunded or exchanges on sale items.

For non sale orders

Thank you for shopping small at Lielle Womenswear. We strive to offer you both a great service and beautiful product that you’ll love. However if you are not fully satisfied with the item/s you have received, you may return the item/s to us within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the form to request a return from our team. Should you item be a refundable item and within the 14 day return period, you will be granted a return and will further instruct you with what to do next. We will decline a refund if it is out of our 14 day return period or if it is a Made To Order item, this is stated in the description. Made To Order items are exchangeable or a credit note can be issued for the item amount. A request to return a Made To Order item must be requested within the 14 day period also. This is strictly our policy and we are unable to accommodate refunds/exchanges/credit notes out of this period.

  • We recommend you return your item/s on a signed for postal service as Lielle Womenswear can not take any responsibility for returns. Returns will be accepted providing they are in original conditions with tags intact. Lielle Womenswear reserves the right to return your item/s to you if they are outside the 14 day period.

  • We are unable to provide refunds on item/s which appear to have been worn, washed or are not in orginal condition. All items must be free from signs of wear and odour. 



 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges unfortunately, if you require another size or style please return your unwanted item/s for a refund and purchase a replacement on our online store. If you require any assistance please contact us with your enquiry.

Refunds

 

We are not obliged to provide a refund until we receive the item/s back from you, once we receive the unwanted items our team will process your refund.

If your return is approved please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. During sale or busy period please allow up to 28 days. We strongly advise that you return your item/s using a tracked and signed for method of shipping to ensure your return arrives back to us. Please retain your proof of postage for your records. 

Faulty items

 

You are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your item/s if the garment is faulty. Any item/s with faults caused by customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls or marks from wear, or not following care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. 

The postage of the item/s will be refunded on return of the garment. 

Please contact us via email hello@lielle.co.uk, please provide your order number, full name along with as much information as you can regarding your faulty item/s, including images where possible so we can best advise and resolve as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 working days for a response.
